FitUK offers 3 fantastic outdoor fitness classes, each one different from the next! The classes provide a boot camp experience with a difference…outdoor fitness has EVOLVED!

The classes encompass every aspect of physical fitness and through exercising as part of a group you will see the benefits that outdoor exercise has to offer in next to no time!

 

Attending a class

 

There is no need to book before attending a class. Simply check the class timetable, choose your class and turn up! We’ll be there to meet you and sign you in when you arrive.

FitUK Extreme is a fast moving, high intensity class best suited to those of you who like your classes a little tougher!

 

 

 

FitUK Circuits is a circuit training class designed to improve your cardio fitness as well as muscular strength and stamina.

 

 

 

FitUK Running is a class geared towards improving your running technique, building cardio fitness and strengthening the legs and core.
